What they needed
Their platform serves 77 construction firms, but releases came every 2–3 weeks from an outsourced team, pages took 5–15 seconds to load, and there was zero test automation. Their own product director had already proven the product could be rebuilt in Claude. They needed the engineering system to make it real.
What we did
Stood up the Software Factory in April: scaffolded repo, CI/CD, QA automation from zero, and coached their product director, PM, and designer to ship production code with agents. Weekly production releases since May.
