We started in 2022 as Fraction, with one mission: give companies serious engineering without the cost and overhead of building a team. Under that name, we served 175+ companies across dozens of industries.
That mission hasn't changed. The way we deliver it has. As AI reshaped what a small team can do, we rebuilt the model around senior engineers directing a suite of specialist AI agents, and became DevHawk. Same company, same team, same mission, with a much bigger engine.

A founder for life, Praveen has started five companies and exited more than once over 20+ years in software. He built HiddenLevers (now Orion Risk) from inception to a nine-figure acquisition, and earlier founded and sold SmartWorkGroups to Intralinks. He leads DevHawk and personally runs every AI Audit.
With a background in sales and business development, Jeff saw firsthand how wasteful outsourced development could be, and helped build a better model. He leads how DevHawk works with new clients. (Also has great taste in sweaters.)
Between the World Bank and managing the product team at HiddenLevers, Alyssia knows complex projects. She runs DevHawk's day-to-day operations and keeps client engagements on track. She's the glue that holds it together.
Jeremy specializes in technical strategy and enterprise architecture, with leadership roles at NetJets and Click4Care and consulting work building cloud-native platforms and DevOps pipelines. He directs the technical side of the factory. Based in Columbus, Ohio.
Global VP in travel turned SaaS/AI-focused CMO, leading growth and brand across industries. A builder and founder herself, she drives growth through human-centered storytelling, rapid experimentation, and AI-native systems that scale.
Employee #1 at DevHawk, Zahra has been on the ground floor of building an agentic software delivery firm. A former founder herself, she works at the intersection of go-to-market, client relationships, and how software actually gets built in the AI era.
Austin blends technical skill with business impact, with experience at Exchange, Macy's, and the University of Georgia across front-end, mobile architecture, and delivery. Based in Atlanta.
Paul brings over 20 years of professional software development and management experience to DevHawk, including a Master's Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. Based in Atlanta and founder of Nichols Technical Consulting, Paul's recent focus has centered on AI-driven solutions and scalable SaaS architecture.
Raheel is a tech entrepreneur and developer on the DevHawk team, with a background at the Georgia Micro Enterprise Network and an education from Babson College. Based in the Atlanta area, he delivers across multiple client engagements including wealth-management and advisory platforms.
Gerald is a developer on the DevHawk team and founder of Prelabel.ai, recognized as a Top Voice in AI. Based in the Atlanta area, he brings an entrepreneurial, AI-forward perspective to client delivery, and has quickly made an impact since onboarding onto new client work.
