These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
